We handle your pet’s travel paperwork.
Tell us where you are moving and when. We build a dated plan from the destination’s official rules and work with your vet until the endorsed health certificate is in your hands.
Calculated today from each destination’s current rules for a dog with no microchip or rabies vaccine. Pets with current records often need less. Select a destination to check your own dates.
Ask your AI assistant and order there.
Spot Check works inside ChatGPT and Claude. Ask how to bring your pet to another country, and the assistant pulls the plan from our rule data, shows each deadline and can start your order without opening this site.
Available at launch
- Claude: Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector, then paste the address.
- ChatGPT: Settings, Apps, then add Spot Check or create an app with the address.
Check your dates.
Pick a destination and an arrival date. The plan shows every step, the window it has to happen in and whether your date works. If it does not, you get the earliest date that does.
Process
Your accredited vet examines your pet and signs the health certificate, and USDA endorses it. We set the dates, book the visits and follow up until the endorsed certificate is back.
-
Trip details
You give us the destination, travel date, microchip and vaccine records, and your vet clinic, here or in your AI assistant.
-
Plan and booking
We confirm the current rules against official sources, set the date for each step and book the visits with your clinic.
-
Tracking
We send your vet the certificate details, follow the USDA endorsement and remind you before each deadline. A person reviews the final packet before you fly.
Pricing
Full-service pet relocation companies charge from about $2,000 for one pet, including transport. Spot Check covers the paperwork for owners who fly with their pet.
Per pet at launch. Each additional pet on the same trip costs $49.

- Clinic coordination and appointment scheduling
- Health certificate details prepared for your vet

- Deadline reminders by email and calendar
- Human review of the final packet
Provider fees
Vet exams, vaccines, lab tests and government fees are paid directly to those providers. Flights, crates and ground transport are arranged with your airline.
Refunds
If your travel date cannot work, we give you the earliest date that does, and you can cancel for a full refund.
Rule changes
We recheck the official sources when we build your plan and again before the certificate appointment.
Questions
Are you a veterinarian or a government agency?
Spot Check coordinates paperwork. Your USDA-accredited veterinarian examines your pet and signs the health certificate, USDA APHIS endorses it, and the destination decides entry.
Where do the rules come from?
From USDA APHIS pet travel pages and each destination government’s own import pages. Every step in your plan links to its official source, and each destination shows the date we last checked it.
Can I order through ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add Spot Check to your assistant with the connector address above, then ask about your trip. The assistant can build the plan and start the order, and you pay through a secure checkout link.
What if my travel date is too soon?
The free check shows the earliest arrival date that works. Japan, Australia, Singapore and Guam require blood tests and waiting periods of several months.
Does my vet need to be USDA-accredited?
International health certificates require a USDA-accredited veterinarian. If your regular clinic is not accredited, we help you find one nearby.
Can you help with more than one pet?
Each additional dog or cat on the same trip costs $49, and each pet gets its own plan.
